한국천문연구원 대형망원경센터는 국내 천문학 연구자를 대상으로 Gemini Program Platform(GPP)을 소개하는 온라인 웨비나를 개최합니다.

GPP는 Gemini Observatory가 관측 제안서 제출 및 관측 준비를 위해 개발 중인 새로운 웹 기반 플랫폼입니다. 이번 웨비나에서는 NOIRLab 소속 Andrew Stephens의 GPP 소개에 이어 질의응답이 진행될 예정입니다. 관심 있는 학회원 여러분의 많은 참여를 부탁드립니다.

본 웨비나는 제7회 중대형망원경 사용자 워크숍(K-GMT Science Program Users Meeting 2026)의 일환으로 진행되며, 워크숍 등록 여부와 관계없이 누구나 온라인으로 참여하실 수 있습니다.

The Center for Large Telescopes at the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) will host an online webinar introducing the Gemini Program Platform (GPP) to the Korean astronomical community.

GPP is a new web-based platform being developed by Gemini Observatory for proposal and observation preparation. During the webinar, Andrew Stephens of NOIRLab will introduce GPP and lead a Q&A session. We welcome all interested members of the community to attend.

The webinar will be held as part of the K-GMT Science Program Users Meeting 2026. Participation in the webinar is open to everyone, regardless of registration for the Users Meeting.
