Overview
LSST@Asia2027 will be held on April 19–23, 2027, at Baekyang Nuri, Yonsei University, in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
The conference will bring together astronomers from across Asia and beyond to explore scientific opportunities with the Vera C. Rubin Observatory’s Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST).
It will provide a platform to present your scientific results, exchange research ideas, discuss data analysis approaches, and strengthen international collaboration within the LSST community.
We warmly welcome your interest and participation and look forward to seeing you in Seoul.

Before You Begin
- An account is required to submit an abstract and register for the conference.
- You may submit an abstract before paying the registration fee.
- Your registration will be completed only after payment of the registration fee is confirmed. Please use the same account for abstract submission and registration.
Abstract Submission
Create an account or log in, then complete your abstract submission through the system. Please download the abstract template, prepare your abstract, and upload it as a PDF file.
- Select Oral or Poster as your preferred presentation type.
- Select “Invited Talk” only if you have received an invitation from the Organizing Committee.
- The final presentation type will be determined by the Committee and may differ from your preferred presentation type.

Presenter Registration
Presenters of accepted abstracts must complete conference registration by March 12, 2027.
- Each accepted abstract must be covered by at least one author registration.
- A single registration may cover multiple accepted abstracts presented by the same participant.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email to lsst.asia2027@geni-pco.com. Please include your name and the email address used for registration. Refund eligibility is determined by the date the request is received.
All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
